Lilestone Co Operative Governance
The Lilestone Tenants Management Organisation (TMO) is managed by a Committee elected by all residents, who vote for candidates every year via an annual meeting of residents.
The day to day operations and oversight of staff is the responsibility by the elected Chairman Chris Garner, who has been elected most years for the past twenty years, Mr Garner is a resident in the Estate.
The committee has six members who meet every two months they review the performance of Lilestone Co Op, they can be contacted via e mail - office.lilestone@gmail.com
If any resident is concerned about the management of the Estate or repairs of their flats, or landlord tenant issues they may seek assistance from any of the above voluntary committee members.
The committee member can be contacted via the Office manager or send an email to office.lilestone@gmail.com. Your e mail will be passed on to the relevant committee member.
As per the Constitution the committee has collective responsibility they function similar to company board members, the Co Op operates as Ltd company which is regulated by the financial conduct authority. The details of its registration are here
